Metanoia is a experimental short film, centred around themes of suicide and depression, aiming to bring awareness to the reality of these topics and how it can effect literally anyone.

This was a job I completed for a music student who approached me and asked for me to be a videographer/photographer. His project was to put on a live gig and record and mix the sound, but he needed me to video it for him so it could be put together with his recorded audio. I also carried out some BTS photography at the same time.

Boddi (drowned) is a short documentary made about a small village in Wales that was unfortunately flooded in the 1960s as a result of Liverpool wanting to make a water reservoir.

I worked on this film as the Sound Recordist/Boom Op and post-production Sound Designer

This is a music video created by myself and other University students.

My main role on this film was Gaffer, but also assisted with the camera and general set assistance. The whole crew worked with the artist to come up with the idea and execution of the music video.

Bro, You're A Superhero (Short Film)

Bro, You're A Superhero is a short film about a teenage boy who tries to be a superhero - but he is just a regular guy. He works with his friend to try and become internet famous and stages instances for him to be a 'hero' only to end up actually having to try and save someone.

I worked on this as the Sound Recordist/Boom Op, and assisted the editor in doing some basic sound designing.

Kids Having Kids (Short Documentary)

Kids Having Kids is a short documentary about Ben, a young man who has 2 kids before he turned 20. The documentary features Bens parents and family, talking about their views of Bens decision to stay with his partner and kids, with some people not particularly agreeing with his choice.

I was the Sound Recordist on this film, and I also assisted the editor in some basic sound design during post-production.

Violets (Short Film)

Violets is a short film, set in the 1970s, about a young woman who has just turned 20 going against all of her strict catholic parents beliefs. Not only does she fall in love with a vampire, but she falls in love with a woman - something that her parents viewed as unacceptable. She is forced to decide between true love and family.
